Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last parcel.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to benjaminjuhl27@gmail.com or by post to No script, Spangsbjerghaven 58, 6700 Esbjerg, Denmark. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email and tell you where to send the goods.
Returning the goods
- Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing.
- You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original condition and, if possible, with tags and packaging attached.
- You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Trying on an item as you would in a shop is fine.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage, as you carry the risk of the goods until we receive them.
Refund
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no cost to you.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.
Defective or wrong items
If you received a defective or wrong item, you have additional rights under the 2-year statutory right to complain. See section 7 of our Terms and conditions. In these cases we cover the return costs.
